Logan and Charlie

Amy recently took a trip to Pennsylvania. While she was gone Logan was in charge of Charlie. He took his responsibility very seriously. When Charlie was lonely on Sunday afternoon, Logan went out and took his Sunday nap with him.

For Austin

From Aunt Betsy
Judith found a little pattern for baby flip flops.

This is how they turned out.

I went to a garage sale and found some boy clothes. This one is my favorite. It has monkey faces on the feet and bum!

How could I pass it up?
By the way. If you haven't tried it yet. You should use the post office online site. You can package your stuff at home and print off a paid label. Schedule next day pickup from your house and avoid the long line at the post office. I really like it. You can even do International packages.

Nurse's Week

My co-workers surprised me today. This week was nurse's week and they had been scheming. They made a card for me and had all "my" resident's sign it. It is so sweet. Due to HIPPA I can't show you the inside, but really I could've almost cried it is so cute with all of their unique signatures and squiggles.

just for the note that is Pepsi

And then Kenda (one of "my" aides)
ordered pizza to be delivered for lunch.
Also she made cake. It was so wonderful.
What a special team I work with.

Dow Gardens

Yesterday afternoon Mom, Naomi and I packed lunch and went for a destination picnic. Mom and I rode the tandem bicycle, and Naomi rode solo. We had the advantage going down hills she had it going up. It was a fun ride without much wind and a lot of sunshine.

The tulips were magnificent

See Julie, Midland has falls.

I saw a cardinal I wanted to shoot, but he flew off.
This little gold finch stayed around long enough I got two shots of him.

oh la la

Naomi was carrying around two cameras for most of the garden.

Towards the end of the walk I used Dad's camera

Kingdom Money

The money God entrusts to us here on earth
is eternal investment capital.
Every day is an opportunity
to buy more shares in His kingdom.
