Nutrition Class Product

One of my class assignments was to create a fraudulent product. Any suggestions?

TWINKLE is right for you!

How it works
TWINKLE is an enriched goat-milk-based-lotion bar. It is a soft bar-like eraser that you can rub anywhere on your body. It is all natural focusing on Vitamin E which we all know is good for our skin. It is fortified with other essential vitamins and based on goat milk. Just rub it on your skin and see the difference.

TWINKLE was created for you!
It has the unique ability to fade and even stop wrinkling!
It works especially well for foreheads, and crows feet.

TWINKLE cost
TWINKLE bars are affordable at just $1 a piece! Please select the bars you would like for just $1 a piece. Then add $6.95 for shipping and handling.

Grandpa and Grandma Cook

Austin and Grandma

I'm so thankful for my family. The nieces and nephews have taken our family to another delightful stage of life. It is so fun to see my parents with their grandchildren.

Sewing Suits

These special outfits can be sanity savers. If you have ever cared for someone who was incontinent of stool, and liked to (as we say in healthcare) scratch and paint, you could have benefitted from one of these outfits. Yesterday I made two of these for my co-worker's son. I hope they will fit alright. He is a skinny little kid, and I couldn't get the waists as thin as I wanted.
First cut the shirt up the back, and insert a zipper.

Then attach the shirt to the pants.

The finished product.

Logan has spent a lot of time making this rink. I've been skating on it as much as possible.
No ice skating today since it is covered by a foot of snow.

New Year's Eve

We hosted a New Year's Eve party at our house. We had about twenty people and most of us managed to stay awake until the fireworks exploded at midnight. By order of my siblings, I had to take a nap part way through the evening.

L to R: Curt R. Krystal H. Ulysa G. and Aaron C. playing Sequence
One of the fun things we did was set a timer for 15 minutes, and when it rang all the groups had to switch games. Strategy games, played by different people, in 15 minute sections can be rather unique.

One little section of goodies

The "Black Rook" table.
At the end of the evening we all gathered and shared praises to God from the past year. It was a fun night.
