We hosted a New Year's Eve party at our house. We had about twenty people and most of us managed to stay awake until the fireworks exploded at midnight. By order of my siblings, I had to take a nap part way through the evening.

One of the fun things we did was set a timer for 15 minutes, and when it rang all the groups had to switch games. Strategy games, played by different people, in 15 minute sections can be rather unique.

At the end of the evening we all gathered and shared praises to God from the past year. It was a fun night.
You didn't mention the reason you had to take a nap was because you were sick.

ReplyDeleteThe 15 minute swap thing sounds like a great idea to mix people up a bit. I'm sure it frustrated those who NEED to win the game.

yup. I had to get better because I was scheduled to work all day on Thursday.
