Sometimes my notes cross between classes.
I made this in English class when I was thinking about what my Nutrition teacher said.
The three little square cells on the left represent cellular uptake. That drawing was inspired by Biology class.

New Goat

Libby came up with an overstuffed jacket this week. Inside was one of the new baby goats. 

He hadn't eaten all day and she was getting frustrated with him.

She put him in her jacket and brought him in for some warming time. 

His mamma goat had milk for him and Libby did eventually get him to nurse.

Poor little fella, must of had something wrong with his innards. 

He didn't make it through the next 24 hours.

Playroom Quote

Libby came out of the playroom giggling. 

Several of the Lang girls were playing dress up. 

One was wearing the veil and asking the solemn questions. 

"Do you take this man to be your awfully wedded husband?"

"Do you take this woman to be your awfully wedded wife?"

Spring Break

Between naps and other frivolities, I plan to spend my break reading a Jane Austin novel, and eating chocolate truffles. I had hoped to go to Joplin, Missouri with some friends, but that didn't work out. Some other plans I had fell through, and I signed up to work and take some hospice training on Friday. So that kind of put the ka-puts on going anywhere for the week. But with a book in hand, I have determined to make the best of it!

Thanks to Josh, I had some exquisite truffles.

I don't think they are going to last out the week. 

A visit to the candy shop might need to be added to my agenda for the week. 

Maybe first thing tomorrow?
