Sometimes my notes cross between classes. I made this in English class when I was thinking about what my Nutrition teacher said. The three little square cells on the left represent cellular uptake. That drawing was inspired by Biology class.

Natale and I have been using a multi-discipline approach to understanding numbers using a number journal. We start with the date... basic addition and subtraction with that number then move to money, time, Spanish, Hebrew, bible stories that include that number, a song from youtube written from that number Psalm etc. Keeps us busy learning numbers all morning.

thats good. math can seem so irrelevant sometimes. way to incorporate it into everyday life
